Herald Harbor Community Association has just what you need coming up on Saturday, April 4. It’s time for their annual Spring Flea Market and Used Book Sale. Rain or shine, starting at 8:00 a.m. you’ll be able to check out all the treasures and load up on your books for summer reading.
Even if it takes a while for summer to get here, you can start reading now. HHCA president Janet Clauson started collecting books for the sale years ago, and, year after year, she and Herald Harbor residents assemble a huge collection of books. They sell them by the bagsful. They have videos and jigsaw puzzles, too.
The sale doesn’t end until 1:00 p.m. so the Boy Scouts will be selling lunch. If you’d like to reserve a table or space, call Bunny Krause at 410-987-5776. A six foot space is $10.00, with a six foot table, it’s $15.00. Eighteen dollars get you an eight foot table in an eight foot space. If you have a donation, you can give Janet a call at 410-987-2027. Find your way there.
