Crownsville’s Arden Attackers Hold First Bull and Oyster Roast
What could be better than supporting Crownsville youth baseball and softball with a feast fit for a king. Arden Attackers Baseball and Softball invite you to their first Bull and Oyster Roast at Michael’s Eighth Avenue on May 23 from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
For a $35 ticket you’ll get an afternoon of feasting. How about top round beef, turkey breast, and Virginia baked ham from the pit. Follow that up with oysters on the half shell, Cherrystone clams, oyster stew, fried chicken, pork BBQ, hot dogs, chili, baked beans, potatoes, potato salad, cole slaw, iced sheet cakes, and our friends from the Attackers promise even more.
Even with all that food, you can’t spend the whole four hours eating. Funtime Freddy Karaoke will be winding up the talented crowd. Take a chance on a raffle, and wheels as you watch your bid on the silent auction of great sports memorabilia. A little ice cold beer on tap makes it all go down.
Gotta admit—this is a deal for $35 and you help youth sports. Contact Machale Grace at 410-303-6849 or send a check or money order payable to Arden Rec to 709 Latham Drive, Crownsville, MD 21032. For more info visit www.ardenattackers.com.
